2 Years and 4 Days Later…..

…almost to the hour…..I officially have a Certificate of Occupancy for Race St. That’s only 96 weeks over my original “schedule” and 150% over my original “budget”. But damn is it a sweet house.

And yes I realize you don’t type out air quotes, but I just have to emphasize how much of joke my original budget and schedule were.
