		<description>I am new to running so I am more of a walk/runner.  But I have found running along the river parks to be fantastic.  No need to worry about traffic.  Plus pleasant views of the river.  Especially during morning sunrises.  I usually start out at 3rd and Central.  Go around Paul Brown Stadium then make my way along the river through Sawyer Point past the boat house and return through the end of Friendship park.  It is about 5 miles round trip and only a few street crossings.</description>
